Location, Location, Location! Veranda Residences are located in the heart of the world-renowned Los Suenos Resort and Marina. Our newly constructed, luxurious, one-bedroom, ground-level condo is easy walking distance to the Private Beach Club, Marina Village, Several Restaurants, the Los Suenos Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort and Marina, and Marriott's La Iguana Golf Course. An additional one-bedroom condo is also available just next door to accommodate larger groups or for maximum privacy when traveling with friends.
Accommodations include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a large bathroom with a walk-in closet, and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and is highlighted by stainless steel appliances and a large serving window that opens to the patio bar. The condo is masterfully decorated in a tropical theme that captures the "Pura Vida" (Pure Life) spirit of the Costa Rican lifestyle.

Summary: For a 1bedroom unit this apt was perfect for my wife and I. It is on the first floor and near the pool Area of Veranda - one Of The villages in Los Suenos. The only negative (and this is “picky” is there is no dresser to put folded clothes (although there are shelves in the closet). All-in-all, we would return to this unit next year.
