Summary: Overall property was good. Some things need improvement. Kitchen table and chairs are unsteady and need to be fixed. Kitchen lacks cooking utensils. Although there is washing machine, a dryer would also be useful. The heat in the rooms were subpar and when I tried to turn it on, water leaked from the heater. The heat in foyer and living room was fine.
