Summary: We had a blast here fun hang out space. A little cold in the winter but there were space heater provided which was really nice. Pool table and other features were super nice. However you have to share parking with the neighbor and the owner who stopped by quite a bit. Make sure you ask for a lock box or something if you have multiple guests that want to go different places.
