Summary: Gorgeous place, big room, good bed, nice breakfast. Very disappointing shuttle service from the airport. Upon arriving at CCS I called the hotel for the shuttle, and was told that it wasn't included with my room. They said I needed to pay $25 USD. I was forced to take a taxi, but it was next-to-impossible to find cash. It cost 60,000 Bolivares and should normally only cost 5,000. (It's only about 7 minutes!) When I finally got to the hotel I showed them the reservation where it specifically says that the shuttle is included. They agreed to take me to the airport the next day, but then I was told I could only be transported at 11:00, 12:00, or 13:00. The area is dangerous. There is a nice bakery about a block away but only go there during the day. Don't carry any valuables with you.
