Guests are free to use the playroom in the basement but they do not have access to the the bedroom, living area, etc. in the basement.
During your reservation, you will have the entire place to yourselves.
There's a one small spare bed in the closet of the 5th bedroom
The pool is only available from May 15 - to September 15

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300
