Positive: Connectivity: The property is located in a village in Kotabagh, and we lost network connectivity about 30 minutes before reaching. It’s best to load the destination and route details in advance. Within 100-200 meters of the property, network connectivity improves, and the wireless internet is also provided to the guests. Room: We arrived early and were promptly shown to our rooms. The space was welcoming, with a pleasant aroma and well-equipped amenities, including a kettle, tea and coffee supplies, serveware, mini-fridge, TV, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom. Heaters were available on request. Staff: The staff was warm and accommodating from the start, granting our early check-in request. - Recognizing the colder-than-expected weather, they provided oil heaters and extra duvets. - Despite our group’s varied dietary preferences and erratic meal timings, the chef and staff managed everything seamlessly, even serving meals outside the dining area when needed. - We enjoyed bonfires for two consecutive nights, and the staff ensured a steady supply of wood throughout. Food: Our culinary experience began with a jar of delicious cookies in the room, setting the tone for the meals that followed. The food, prepared with fresh vegetables from the kitchen garden, was simple, healthy, and flavorful. The dairy products, i.e., the milk and curd, were exceptional, and the chef’s chai was a perfect highlight. Location: Nestled in a scenic spot, the property is surrounded by dense forests on one side and farms bordered by tall trees and mountains on the other. There’s no vehicular noise—just birdsong during the day and crickets at night. The clear skies offer stunning views of countless stars.
