HUGE southern and western views across Vanderbilt Lagoon all day from this totally renovated coastal home. High end furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Arhaus and more. Relax in the back yard at the over-sized pool and spa or take a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort. Lots of activities for everyone including paddle boards, a tandem peddle kayak, basketball hoop, and corn-hole. Golf cart and bike rentals are available for an additional fee. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a reading nook with a sofa bed. The downstairs is set up as a pool cabana with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a full bar setup. There is also a wine fridge and large built-in gas grill out back. Vanderbilt Lagoon connects to the Gulf through Wiggins Pass. It's common to see dolphins playing in the back yard and you can definitely bring your fishing gear or rent some to fish off the dock. Summary: We had the most relaxing and peaceful time at 336 Oak. The house was amazing, the views were incredible and the location was perfect. Matt was excellent regarding communication and hospitality. We would love to come back!!!
