A private room in a peaceful neighborhood, private entry, room includes a private bathroom, WiFi, TV, kitchen, pull out sofa and queen size bed. Fresh linens along with a beautiful shared backyard, with one grill which is also at your disposal. Free parking is available on Emelita street. Kids are welcome, and great for couples as well. The neighborhood. There are 2 grocery stores about a 5 minute drive from us, many cute cafes nearby, Starbucks is a few blocks away, and a shopping mall about a 10 minute drive. As well as synagogues and church nearby if you are religious. There are several restaurants around as well, we are close to universal studious(15min drive) and hollywood (15 min drive). Easy access to the main freeways as well which are all about a 5 min drive. Interaction with guests. We are friendly and laid back with a medium sized dog, we will happily give any advice on sightseeing and nearby restaurants and attractions. And I’m always available via text if you have any questions. Getting around. The metro station is about 3 blocks away and give easy access to downtown and anywhere else you want to go. Other things to note. Please keep common areas clean, including rinsing dishes and putting them in the sink.
