Breathtaking views from the pool and putting green! At the end of a cul-de-sac, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home has a pool, hot tub, putting green, outdoor kitchen, Bocce Ball, and pool table. Everyone will love our themed rooms: The Victorian Room, The Beach Room and the Aviation Room. Large kitchen with island for family dinners, or cook outside by the pool with commercial grade wok and BBQ. Lots of parking in the garage and 2 separate driveways. Minutes from shopping and great restaurants.
Whole house fan to keep you comfortable on the warm days. Large laundry room with an extra refrigerator. Also a small refrigerator in the outdoor kitchen. Lounge in the back patio furniture with outdoor fireplace, or in the furniture around the pool. Separate dedicated office inside the home, breakfast nook with views of the pool, formal dining room, living room and family room. One remote bedroom with full bath, 2 bedrooms with jack and Jill bathroom, and master with walk-in closet and fireplace between the tub and bed. Inner courtyard that lets in beautiful natural lighting throughout the home. Huge kitchen island and walk-in pantry.
The owner of the home lives here but often travels. Guests have full access to the entire home but please be aware that everything in this home belongs to the owners, so please treat the home and the contents with care and respect.
Very quiet, family neighborhood perched on a hill above Rocklin. Neighbors are not on top of each other but we strive to keep the peace with them and stress that guests do not create a disturbance and keep the sound down around the pool. Only a 10 minute drive to the Galleria Mall, Costco, Whole Foods and a myriad of other shopping and restaurants in the area.

Whole House Fan: Must open windows before using, preferably the rooms that need to be cooled down. Controller located next to pantry in the kitchen. Low and high setting and timer settings, so you can choose between one hour up to 8 hours.
Outdoor kitchen. Please be careful. This is a commercial, high intensity Wok. Please only use if you are comfortable Wok has a gas timer. Turn gas timer on from 10 to 60 minutes. The Wok is 52,000 BTU's, so be very careful. Use the angled Bic lighter in the drawer, keep your hand away from the burners, the turn the gas handle just slightly to light. You will hear the gas hissing. Keep hands and face away. Blaze grill is a normal grill. You just clean up BBQ and Wok when done. Do not use soap on Wok or you will destroy it. Just rinse it, no soap. Controller to the right controls all of the gas, BBQ and Wok.
Pool Fire Features: These have been disabled for your safety. Do not try to light them. People have been injured.
Refrigerator is on and works.
Pool Sweep: You can take it out and put it next to the BBQ. Please put it back in the pool when you are done.
Please make sure all umbrellas are down outside before you leave and when it is windy.
Patio Fireplace: This is a wood burning fire place. Guests can use it but keep screen closed.
Spa: Controller is in master bedroom night stand. Controller also controls pool lights and spa lights (see photos). When you are done with the spa, you must select "spillover". Do not select "system off" or pool and spa will not get filtered.
TV's: There are 2 TV's in the home, an 85" in the living room and a 50" in the master bedroom.
Thermostats: thermostat in master bedroom controls all 4 bedrooms. Thermostat in kitchen control common areas. Please do not set thermostat below 72 degrees.
Garbage: Trash cans are next to the garage. Please put then out on Monday night and bring them back Tuesday afternoon.
