Our cozy apartment is located in a small condominium and is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of Valsassina, just a few minutes from Lake Como. With a large living room, two bedrooms, a private garden and a well-equipped kitchen, the apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The garden, perfect for children or for outdoor lunches with barbecue, is a corner reserved exclusively for guests. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment consists of a spacious room that opens onto the well-equipped kitchen on the right, the front terrace and the sleeping area on the left. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. The bathroom is located next to the rooms. From the rooms there is access to the large and flat private garden, ideal for relaxing in the open air.
