Positive: The apartment well-designed and near to the metro station
Negative: I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel “suites”, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water for an entire day, which made showering extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, meaning there was no privacy at all—especially frustrating for couples. These are basic things that any decent hotel should get right. On top of that, there was no staff on-site, so the only way to get help was through WhatsApp, which mostly connected me to an automated bot. Trying to get a real person to respond was a hassle, and it felt like my concerns weren’t properly addressed. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort and service. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
