A private dedicated carport right outside the door of the villa on the same level makes access simple in this ONE story Villa. Likewise, access to the large rear deck is via doors from the kitchen and the master bedroom. Breezes flow through this home as its’ properly situated on the lot. Quality finishes include custom wood cabinetry, floor tile and tile countertops. Upgrades include a 6-burner gas stove, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dimmers on many light switches, Simplisafe alarm system with keychain remote, ceiling fans, premium furniture, etc. The Property Manager lives nearby in Valle Escondido; your needs will be attended to. The villa comes with a full country club membership to the golf, outdoor & indoor pools, indoor spa, tennis court, racquetball court, and weight room/gym facilities. (See details below.) The on-site restaurant (Sabor) is very convenient for dine-in and take-home eating options. Next to the Sabor, the Cantina is a watering hole and offers a reduced menu. Valle Escondido is the luxurious residential development some consider to be the finest development of its’ kind in all of Central America. It is spectacularly beautiful! Rental of our villa includes access to our lovely Country Club.*** A challenging 9-hole golf course, full service spa with hair, nails, massage, sauna, steam room, pool and exercise room, restaurants and bars, tennis and racquetball - all facilities except the members lounge, which is reserved exclusively for members. No charge to play golf or use the pool or exercise equipment. Rented Golf Carts, pull carts and rental clubs are available at a modest cost. Spa fees - hair, nails, massage, etc are not included. (***Rental Price includes full access to Country Club with golf, swimming, tennis, racquetball, fitness/wellness center, etc. There is a $30 resort fee per person on stays 1 week and less and a $60 fee per person for stays in excess of 1 week to obtain the required Resort photo access card. This will not be charged for any renter choosing not to use the club facilities. We provide you access to our Membership, but have no control over this fee.
