Positive: Views from the balcony, Como lake. Sauna.

Negative: Of course we understood in advance that this is an apartment and not a hotel, but the approach to self-service is strange - leave the garbage bags in the kitchen table, why when we have to take out the garbage every time we need to ask for a replacement bag at the counter (7 days stay for example, really?) The same with paper, etc. LOTS of spider web and spiders in every room, removed 6-7 of them every day. It is clear that the "building" was built without a soul, simple concrete leaks without waterproofing, water flows on the steps after rain, mold in the concrete. You need to think about price politics, we stayed in a 5 star Hotel on nearby lake for much cheaper price. Sauna, pool and Gym are opened only till 7pm, really? At least 40% is overvallued. In general - photos of the room, facilities and SPA are made by professional, but in real you will be disappointed.
