Summary: His was a great apartment. We considered upgrading to one of their nicer apartments but that would have been totally unnecessary. This unit is actually nicer than the pictures indicate (which is rarely the case). There are two private bedrooms; one with a full bed and the other with bunk beds. This was perfect for our family of 4. Both rooms have ample closet space and we even noticed there is a pack and play (collapsable crib) and a high chair if you happen to be traveling with an infant. The bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen was well equipped for any basic cooking you will want to do. . Most of the restaurants and shopping are a few towns away (15-20 minutes) in Vielha, but we did have dinner in Baqueira at Monty's (ask around) and it was awesome. As for skiing, it could not be more convenient. The unit comes with a ski locker so you don't have to drag your gear upstairs. From the guardesqui, you take an elevator up a few levels and exit right at the base of the gondola that leads up to the rest of the mountain/lifts. This is huge for families with little kids. In case it isn't obvious, I would highly recommend this place for families or a small group visiting Baqueira.
