A short distance from Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown Beach, Military bases, Va beach and much, much more..
We have a public boat dock free of charge at the end of the road.
Beautiful walking paths with a great fishing pier just walking distance from the house. Enjoy a nice fire with the family, in the backyard fire pit. The natural beauty of nature is abundant, we feed deer and wildlife so they come to the yard for food.
There is a feral cat colony on property and in the community- our residents are Fred & Betty. They will be there to great you, they will not approach you or allow you to touch them. They will not try snd come inside but they will come to the window to observe you.
You can sit and look out the large open windows and enjoy the natural light from morning sun while having coffee.
This house has been in our family for decades so come enjoy the charm and follow the history of this area and our little gem.
We are constantly upgrading and making the home better- so it will never be the same each visit.
At the moment for 2023, we are upgrading the master bedroom, adding a paver path, sprucing up the covered patio, and putting in a new back patio. The plants are being tended to and upgraded as well.
We are close to all the amenities and attractions like surge for the kids, baskin robbins, busch gardens, water country and tons of wineries.

Summary: The house was really adorable with lots of room for all of us. I totally missed the part about the cat colony, but they were very sweet and stayed to themselves. We fed them and enjoyed watching them and the raccoon that came for dinner each night. The walking distance to the pier and water was great, as were the nature trails. We took the family to Christmas Town on Saturday which was a short distance from the house. We would stay here again.
