Or relax on the second lanai on the north side of the unit with views overlooking 17-acre Bowditch Point Park and Nature Preserve and San Carlos Bay. We love to wake to the sunrise over the bay and watch the sunset over the gulf.
Walk out the door to relax on the beach or more adventurous activities including jet skiing, parasailing, deep sea fishing, paddle boarding, and more. Beach Chairs and beach games provided.
Take a fifteen minute walk or two-minute ride to Times Square for shopping and countless dining options.
Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, backsplash, fixtures, and flooring. New bathrooms. New matching tile flooring throughout.

Summary: Let me start by saying Todd was extremely helpful answering questions about the area before I had even booked their property. Once we arrived it was just as described. The location couldn't have been better. Being the last building on the north end of fort myers, on the top floor we could see all of Bowditch Point Park and we got views of the ocean and the bay. Our son loved watching all the boats that went by. The sunsets from this location are impeccable. We're hoping that the building is able to be saved after hurricane Ian. We would love to make a return and support the wonderful people that make FMB a place to return to time and time again. And when we do I would rent from Todd again!
