2 Bedroom Villa in Mariah Hill, Lamar
This relaxing retreat is private & peaceful. Enjoy the amazing sunsets while swimming in the heated pool & sitting in the hot tub or simply enjoying the lake using the 2 kayaks and paddle boat . Be sure to bring your fishing poles as the lake is stocked with a variety of fish. We provide a variety of life jackets and pool floats for your convenience. There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining room & living room. The home features a private master suite on the main level with a King bed, a 2nd bedroom upstairs also features a King bed in addition to the open sleeping loft which features a queen bed & 2 twins. All sleeping quarters have TV's along with the living space on the main floor. In addition to the private master bathroom there is a full guest bath on the main level & a half bath upstairs. There is also a private outdoor shower which could be used for additional showering but is more for washing off sand & dirt before entering the pool & hot tub. There are baby gates at both the top & bottom of the stairs making this a family friendly destination and with the main level master suite it's also ideal for guests that have difficulty navigating stairs. The pool is heated through the entire season that our villa is available for rent. We are located only minutes from the area's renowned theme park, "Holiday World & Splashin' Safari" as well as Lincoln State Park & Lincoln Boyhood Home. For the comfort of all our guests we ask that you do NOT bring pets or smoke inside the house.
