Parents with young kids will love the king bed master suite upstairs with its giant jacuzzi tub and three additional twin bunks. Enjoy the pool view from the queen bedroom upstairs and let the kids camp out in the bunk room that sleeps 6. This 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house has it all: Huge gathering areas for eating and relaxing outside and inside, including giant dining room tables inside and out. This yard may be just minutes from all of San Antonio's attractions, but you'll feel like you're miles away in your own resort. Your family will LOVE the Super Central location just minutes from all major freeways, all the attractions and military bases Fort Sam Houston (20min), Randolph AFB (25min), Camp Bullis (7min) and Lackland AFB (25min) and the best eating and shopping in San Antonio! Many of our guests are friends and family of local San Antonio residents who know that this is a fantastic location in a great area and in a very safe, friendly, walkable neighborhood.
IMPORTANT: This is a No Party Property. Parties of any kind and outdoor music are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 8am. The neighbors are lovely, friendly families who have to go to work in the morning. Many work in healthcare and law enforcement so it is important to respect their need for rest. You will not find a more relaxing or safer place to chill and have fun with your family. Let’s keep it that way for the neighbors as well.
The Backyard Oasis:
Featuring a huge fenced pool and pool patio with rocking chairs and pool toys, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a ping-pong table, and a giant outdoor dining table and Weber gas grill, this yard has all the best for FUN. Huge spreading trees and grapevines provide great shade in the summer and open up to allow plenty of beautiful, natural light in the winter. As fun as it is during the day, this yard shines at night too. Turn on the twinkling patio lights and fire up the fire pit and you'll be able to chill in a comfy chair for hours. To insure you can relax in peace, our yard is equipped with the latest non-toxic mosquito repellent system. It is a highly effective insecticide that affects mosquitoes only so it won't hurt our kiddos or the beautiful butterflies.
Spread Out inside Our Spacious Home:
Inside you'll find beds for 12 in four spacious rooms (see breakdown of beds/room below). All bedrooms are equipped with a large Smart TV except the kids bunk room. Your kids will love having a loft area of their own for indoor play. It's stocked with kids toys and books as well as a Smart TV.
Downstairs you'll find a massive dining room table that seats 12 as well as an kitchen nook that seats 4 and a stand alone high chair as well as a booster that straps onto a chair.
Our Game Room is equipped with Foosball, a Smart TV, Giant wall Tic-Tac-Toe, lots of board games and books to enjoy. The Living Room has super comfortable couches and a big screen SmartTV.
THE KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to create fantastic meals. You’ll find a blender, food processor and electric griddle as well as a rice steamer, hand mixer, a toaster, a large Crock Pot, an electric kettle and 14 cup Cuisinart coffee maker (lots of coffee and filters included too!) We provide a full set of stainless steel pots and pans, as well as nonstick frying pans for easy eggs in the morning, baking sheets, colanders and a full selection of cooking utensils. You'll also find serving bowls, trays and pitchers enough for a large group. We provide dishes and silverware for 12. As far as large appliances go, we have a glasstop electric stove with a large convection oven an a large refrigerator. The Alon HEB grocery store with the BEST selection in town is just a mile down the road from us and Natural Grocers is just half a mile down the road. You'll also find great fresh meats at the nearby Tri-County Meat Market on the corner Huebner and Lockhill Selma. If you're craving Asian groceries, don't miss Minnano Japanese Market on Callaghan and Seoul Market & Deli near Fort Sam Houston. For Mexican groceries, check out La Michoacana just 1.5 miles down NW Military. Kosher and Jewish specialities can be found in the Kosher section at the Alon HEB. For Indian and Arab groceries, don't miss Ali Baba 5 minutes down Wurzbach. For European (German/Russian) foods, check out Sascha's on Callaghan. This area of San Antonio is a foodie’s paradise! Special House Rules:
- Maximum occupancy is 12. Maximum cars permitted is 4 cars. All cars must be parked in the driveway. There is no street parking. No outside guests allowed. No party policy. Our neighbors are wonderful, respectful people and we and our guests need to respect their space as well. No loud music and no adult or teen partying are allowed. A party is defined as any group of people, registered or unregistered, at the house who make enough noise or mess talking, playing music, drinking, smoking, decorating, or playing to cause the neighbors to complain. Quiet hours are between 8pm-8am. This is a family neighborhood, NOT a party neighborhood. The pool equipment is off limits to guests. Any tampering with or adjusting of the pool equipment will incur a fee. Please ask us if you need help with the pool or would like something adjusted.
