15 minutes drive from the airport, access to all southern beaches less than 15 minutes drive. This private and quiet villa is suitable for couple, families, group, business traveller, and friends who would like to have their own privacy.
Sitting in land of 160 sqm and built size is 50 sqm with beautiful pool 2 long chairs and Balinese garden.
You will be welcomed by front balcony where there is long chair, 1 small wooden table, and other stylish traditional chair which you can sit and relax and meet / chats with neighbour.
Living room nicely decorated with 2 wooden chairs and long one with cushions and pillow cushions .on the clicking room cupboard there are TV, DVD! Sound boosters (5 small one and one big one ) and selection movie CD
The strip wooden cupboard is with decorations, books for you reading pleasure. Also there is one decoration Balinese gerabah with umbrella

The toilet corridor we have Balinese craft mirror with cupboard and beautify with table cloth, runner, and wooden tray amenities for your bathroom amenities. In the drawer you can find towels for your need

The master bedrooms, with Balinese paintings have access to the swimming pool equipped with AC and rolling bamboo curtain ,with wooden bed, mattress, 2 pillows, 2 decorations pillows, 1 bolster, duvet, and traditional runner. On the other 2 sides there are bedside tables and wardrobe.
The wardrobe consists of Safety deposit box, slippers, hanger, bathrobe.
The other bedrooms with Balinese painting equipped with AC and rolling bamboo curtain ,with wooden bed, mattress, 2 pillows, 2 decorations pillows, 1 bolster, duvet, and traditional runner. On the top of cupboard there 3 decorations.
The dining table is on outdoor with traditional. Boat wooden style sitting for 4 persons with the runner, wooden plate, and astray for you to enjoy beautiful outdoor weather
We provide waching machine and hanging holder in the storage area. Also overthere all the cleaning equipment we put there.
For your convenience during your stay with us, you will have access to all the facilities we have PRIVATELY. NOT SHARING WITH OTHER GUEST.

Please do apology if you cannot find the space to stay with us since we have many returning guest. So I suggest once you see the space , please make a booking as soon as possible.
Also please be reminded the Bali is tropical island with tropical nature. Mosquitos, geckos, ants and cockroach can easily find
For you who is the first time come to Bali, Bali is not heaven for pedestrian since we don't have pedestrian street and one place to another is quite a distant and also the heat. So wherever you go in Bali, you certainly need to take transportation.
Likewise if you stay with us, it will be easier to get around by motorcycle, or rent car or taxi. In the neighbourhood there are number of eating places, grocery which take about 10 minutes walk. Some of people still feel faraway and some still ok with the distant. So you need to aware of this situation.
The location is in a premium quite local residence area between Nusa Dua and Kuta area. Close to Kuta Beach 15 min via highway, Pandawa Beach Balangan Beach both about 15 min and Nusa Dua Beach 15 min via remote local way an in addition to the airport about 15 min..please consider the traffic time as well.
You may take a taxi or rent car / scooters , I will be able to assist / recommend.
Airport Transfer ( maximum 5 seats ) oneway to our House is at RP 200 000

- Half day tour with driver is RP 350.000
~Car without driver 6 seats is +-- ---- ---- a day
Scooter rental is RP 60.000
I would like strongly advise you to arrange your transportation mode during your stay in advance to avoid waisting time of your holiday.
However I still assist you to make the arrangement for car rental / car with driver / rent motor on the last minute, please bear in mind any inconvenience caused such as taking long hours to arrive, the possibilities no car available.
Public Taxi Phone number you can dial +-- ---- ----. Public Taxi is easy to call but will take time to arrive between 15minute to 30 minutes. The public taxi driver mostly only aware the hotel area. Since local resident hardly taking taxi and also many new street or private street or private area coming up and the most unorganized thing is the house numbering not in order making the taxi driver not aware about the new happening places in Bali.
