Positive: Very kind host. Superb location, the beach is just 50-100 meters away where you can find some entertainment (kayak, jet skis, bar, sun loungers with umbrellas). The river that flows near the yard brings a special charm. With the kayak you can get from the beach to the location by sea and by river...it's very pleasant. Local shop with the bare necessities very close. For something more sophisticated (supermarket, seafood shop etc.) you have to go 5-8 min. by car.
Negative: The nearby road is a little disturbing
