Large great room with big screen TV. which is open to an exquisitely appointed kitchen , in addition to formal living room for more private meetings or relaxing with your favorite cocktails, 2 dining areas for formal or informal dining, and a bar room with pool table, and dart board with outside deck where you can enjoy outdoor fires on cool evenings. Master suite has large bathroom with infinity Jacuzzi tub, heated floor, private bathrooms and large private deck with amazing views of the Merrimac River. Great for family reunions, gathering of friends, or any get away with group of friends or family. Boaters dream - large deep water dock on Merrimac River - great fishing area, and about 2 nautical miles from Plum Island beach, and the Ocean.Large outside area for small celebrations, or just relaxing reading a book while admiring the wildlife.
