Beautifully renovated second floor condo at Futura Yacht Club, a private, gated complex with a fabulous marina and pool, just 67 miles south of Miami, at mile marker 88.5 in Islamorada, considered the Sportfishing Capital of the World.
Excellent access to the Ocean through Tavernier Creek or Snake Creek for boating, fishing or snorkeling. Relax by the beach or heated pool during the day, and watch breathtaking Sunsets from our private sandy area by the Bay.
Free boat and trailer parking and excellent concrete boat ramp in our own marina. Check with us about boat slip rental availability if you prefer to keep your boat in the water during your stay.
Note: No motorized watercraft will be allowed into Futura Yacht Club without with written proof of a minimum of $300,000 property damage liability insurance

Per City or Islamorada rules, no rentals or less than 7 days are allowed and maximum occupancy is 4 adults and two children. Our rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us before making a reservation with a check in date other than Saturday to make sure arrangements can be made.

Summary: This is a hidden gem in Islamorada! Everywhere we wanted to go in Islamorada was less than 10 minute drive. The sunsets were amazing from the property and we enjoyed the pool and launched our paddleboards right from the dock. The unit was a perfect set up for us and our small children, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoyed the amenities. We had a small issue with a water pipe that Matt the owner remedied the same day. Would definitely recommend this stay for an unforgettable Islamorada vacation!
