Seaglass is a NEW custom 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath - plus Media/bunk room - beach house in the gated section of Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach that backs up to Point Washington State Forest.

It is a short walk/bike ride (.4 mile) to the Old Blue Mountain Rd beach access and community pool. The community is a quiet, residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Along with access to the beautiful 30A coast, there is 15,000 acres of state land with trails for biking/hiking as well as the Timpoochee Trail running along 30A. We are nestled between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach. Our home offers a perfect combination of relaxation and beach activities. There is plenty to do in the area without ever getting in your car but it is only a short drive to the other 30A locations. Publix is 2.5 miles away from the neighborhood for easy access for all the supplies you need.
Our BRAND NEW home includes all the amenities you would desire:
- 2800 square foot home with a large open concept main floor living with a 70" smart TV, and screened in back porch with forest views and a gas fireplace
- 50 AMP plug-in receptacle in garage for electric vehicle charging
- Main level King Master bedroom en-suite with a walk in shower and private toilet
- Gourmet kitchen well-stocked with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, beverage fridge, and coffee station.
- Upstairs has three Master King bedrooms with en-suites, one with a tub-shower combination
- MEDIA/BUNK room upstairs with 70" smart TV and QUEEN sleeper sofa, and built in bunks with a FULL lower bunk and TWIN upper bunk that has hall access to the tub-shower bath
- Blackout shades in all bedrooms and media room for privacy
- Large laundry room on the second floor
- Large front porch with 4 rocking chairs
- Outdoor shower
- Weber Gas Grill
- Four bikes with locks for use: 2 mens bikes, 2 women's bikes
- Six beach chairs for use

No smoking allowed on/in the property, no pets allowed.
Street parking is not allowed at any time, all vehicles must fit in the garage, driveway, or parking pad (with provided hang tag, and in direction of traffic, per FL law). Please place hang tag to the kitchen island upon departure.
Feel free to use the bike rack during your stay. Upon departure, please put bikes back in the garage.
