Der liebevoll restaurierte Möderlhof liegt sehr ruhig, nahe dem Langbürgner See im Naturschutzgebiet Eggstätter-Hemhofer-Seenplatte. Zum Chiemsee sind es nur 3 km. Der Weiler Oberndorf gehört zum Gemeindegebiet Eggstätt und erhebt sich auf einem wunderschönen sanften Hügel mit Rundumsicht und Blick zu den nahen Chiemgauer Alpen. Ein idealer Ausgangsort für Freizeit und Erholung. Die Ferienwohnungen sind komfortabel eingerichtet und haben 2 Schlafzimmer, teilweise Balkon, Sat-TV.Die Wohnungen haben teilweise ungewöhnliche Zuschnitte, die der alten Bausubstanz geschuldet sind und ganz bewußt nicht "vermodernisiert" wurden. In unserer echten, Chiemgauer-Gäste-Stub'n können sie sich gerne aufhalten, mit den anderen Gästen reden und sich informieren. Wir halten dafür Bücher, Karten und Infomaterial bereit. Oder Sie genießen den großen Garten und die schöne Landschaft in unserm bezaubernden Weiler.
Die Ferienwohnung Hartsee liegt, gemeinsam mit der Ferienwohnung Fraueninsel, im ersten Stock unseres schönen alten Bauernhofs. Sie betreten diese Wohnung über einen eigenen kleinen Flur mit Garderobe. In der bayerischen Wohnküche erwartet sie eine ganz individuelle Landhaus-Küche mit Herd, Spüle, Kühlschrank und einem schicken Arbeitstresen. Geschirr, Töpfe und weitere Kochuntensilien sind für 4 Personen vorhanden. Hier haben wir einen n Zugang zum neu erichteten Balkon geschaffen. Die Fenster gehen nach Norden und nach Osten ab und haben Blick auf die Berge und die Wiesen von Oberndorf. Ein schöner Kaminofen sorgt für Behaglichkeit im Wohnbereich. Und damit man auch gleich das beste Plätzchen am Ofen genießen kann, wurde eine kuschelige Ofenbank gleich mit eingebaut. Sessel, sowie ein Radio/CD Player und selbstverständlich ein Fernseher sorgen für die Unterhaltung. Gegessen wird am großen Esstisch mit der typisch bayerischen Eckbank. Vom Flur aus betritt man ein kleines Bad mit einem Fenster. Dieses Bad ist zweckmäßig mit einer Badewanne, mit Duschabtrennung, Waschtisch und WC ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafräume reihen sich vom Flur ab, hintereinander an. Das erste Zimmer ist ein kuschliges Einzelzimmer mit "Kleider-Kasten" und Stellmöglichkeit für ein Kinderbett/oder Zustellbett. Das dahinter liegende Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Bettwäsche und Handtücher liegen für sie bereit.
