This well-kept apartment can be reached by elevator or via the stairs and offers everything you need for your feel-good holiday by the sea: in the cozy living room / bedroom there is not only a chic but also a comfortable sofa that is easy to move transforms into a double bed with extra length (160x220). The apartment captivates with the clear, modern lines of the equipment and not least with the real wood parquet "smoked oak" in the living area. It has DVB-T2 TV, radio / CD, various books, a modern dining area in the first row and a bright bathroom with tub. The kitchenette is equipped with sufficient dishes, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the hallway is a large built-in cupboard with plenty of space for your luggage.
The view from the dining table extends over the many yachts of the marina to the open sea and does not let boredom arise due to the heavy shipping traffic. Experience romantic evenings at the electric fireplace or the fascination of a sunset from the roof terrace on the 13th Watch floor! Here is a meeting point for everyone who wants to enjoy sociable hours (almost) above the clouds.
