This one-bedroom oceanfront property is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a weekend of adventure. Virginia Beach has it all - sandy beach, adventure, culture, dining, and history. You are within walking distance of popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy the completely renovated, heated indoor pool, and updated exercise equipment. Our hot tub even has a great view which is perfect if the weather is cooler.
Appreciate the fantastic view from your living area or patio overlooking the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Equipped with a mini kitchen boasting a full-sized refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, essential cookware, and dishes. Sleep comfortably in your king size bed in a spacious room with plenty of storage. The living area sleeps 2 on a queen sleeper sofa allowing for a maximum of 4 people. Includes linens, towels, and free high speed wireless internet.
We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy. A $200 fine will be assessed for anyone having a pet in the unit. You will then be asked to immediately vacate your unit or board your pet. Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the unit balconies.
A refundable deposit of $100 is due at check-in by credit card or cash. Minimum booking age is 21. Please note that this property has a firm check-in time set for 5:00pm. Typically, no early arrivals are allowed, but it's fine to inquire to see we can accommodate you. Thank you for understanding!

Summary: The room was not missing anything and was equipped with what we needed. The setup is a little odd, you walk through the bedroom to get to the living and kitchen areas. The hotel needs to do better maintenance and/or cleaning in halls and other shared areas Overall we were happy and would stay there again.
