Set on a 1 acre waterfront property, Utopia can accommodate up to 10 adults in 5 king size bedrooms between 3 private bungalows. We have the option of increasing this to 13 depending on your group. The bungalows are connected by sweeping wooden decks which lead to contemporary living spaces and luxurious entertainment areas.

Chris Beckingham, who designed Qualia, has successfully combined the elements of nature in Utopia. Stone walls, tropical internal gardens, wooden residential structures with connecting walkways and a central plunge pool all effortlessly harmonize with the rugged sloping landscape, towering pines and refreshing ocean breeze. There is one central kitchen and living area with all the mod cons and there are three separate sleeping bungalows, boasting a total of five king-sized bedrooms with four extra large bathrooms, full laundry facilities. An additional office space can make up a 6th bedroom. All three bungalows enjoy exceptional views over the Coral Sea. So while you can live together and share the entertainment areas, you retreat to your own separate sleeping quarters for privacy.

The main bungalow has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an office

Second bedroom has pebbled rock garden, desk facilities, in built wardrobe, TV/DVD, access to shared bathroom.

Bungalow 2
Single room bungalow, connected to the main living area by walkway with tropical gardens and outside seating. This bungalow is on the opposite side to the other two bungalows for ultimate privacy.

Away from the rest of the residence, Bungalow 3 is set amongst the beautiful pine trees with a front verandah opening onto a grassy garden
