Positive: The staff was very nice and helpful. Eren provided lots of info and was always a pleasant company. The pool was perfect for our little boy. You could not ask for a better location as it was in the heart of Kaleici. The room was big and some of the furnishings were modern and quite fancy. At night it was fancy. Breakfast options were very good for us, there were plenty of vegetable spreads and options.

Negative: I did not like the bathroom I found it dirty smelly and very poorly kept. There were pieces of furniture that needed to be replaced (the wardrobe closet). The parquet floor was not great.
