This beautiful home is located in a central neighbourhood which is close to popular shops, restaurants, walking/jogging/biking trails, and parks but yet located in a quiet family friendly area. During the day drive approximately 5 min to Whyte Ave and enjoy boutique shops, restaurants, and salons. Don’t want to drive, walk to the popular Ritchie neighbourhood where you can find the popular Biera, and Blue Chair restaurants, Gluten free bakery, boutique ice-cream shop, Duchess bakery, Café, Salons and convenience stores. Get active and enjoy walking, biking, jogging in Millcreek Ravine which is only steps away from your urban sanctuary. Walk your dog in the leash free zone in Mill Creek ravine and take your kids to the park located only 1-2 min walk away. At the end of the day, return to your urban sanctuary surrounded by mature trees and enjoy a wonderful sleep in beauty and comfort.

The Primary bedroom has a queen size bed with an organic foam mattress from Essentia.

We also provide a high chair, crib and a playpen for an infant to sleep.
Full kitchen with utensil, plates, pots and cups.
A dedicated office is available if you need a quiet place to work during your travels.
Wifi and highspeed internet is available. Smart TV on the main floor. PS3 and a TV in the basement.
For kids and babies: We also have Toys, high chair, crib and a bassinet.
