This 7/BR home is a quick one minute walk until your feet hit the sand. Just two lots from the beach, "Urban S Cape" offers comfortable coastal décor and the convenience of a private pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball, arcade machine and both gas and charcoal grills. The main floor has an open concept, which is perfect for family meals and game night. With an ocean view from the top deck, Urban S Cape has something for everyone!
There are 3K beds, 2Q beds, 3 twin bunk sets, & 1 twin over full bunk set for a total of 13 beds. There are 5 full baths, as well as a half bath off of the top floor great room.
The private pool is open from mid-May until the end of September. It is not heated. The hot tub is operational from mid-May until the end of December.
In addition to the amenities listed above, you will have access to the community pool and tennis courts, during the summer months.
