Summary: Was a beautiful condo, lovely interiorly decorated, and quite spacious. Two small decks to sit out on. Nice view out onto Simond Ave. Very short walk to the restaurants, shops, parks, pools, golf in or adjacent to Mueller. Useful home base from which to operate for our 3 months in Austin. Our host was wonderful; very friendly and responsive. Would definitely like to rent this condo again next year during the winter if it is available.
