This is a tiny working farm, so it is very likely that you will see work happening in the backyard often and landscaping will vary from season to season.
The space
The apartment comes with a full bathroom with soaking tub, queen sized bed, pull out sleeping sofa, TV, Wi-Fi and a spacious semi-private deck looking out onto an urban farm.

We strive to create an eco friendly living space, utilizing biodegradable supplies where possible and seeking out brands that embrace producer responsibility.
We provide a composting bin under the kitchen sink for your food scraps which we then add to our compost pile to feed our garden.
We utilize a greywater system that irrigates our garden, so please utilize the supplied laundry detergent to keep our garden happy and healthy. Bleach and other harsh chemicals cannot be used in the laundry machine.
The poultry on the property is in an enclosed run that has been animal-proofed. They do not free-range on the property unless supervised.
They are quiet and we do not have roosters, though you may hear quacking or clucking from time to time if you're outside!
