Welcome to our cozy 1 bedroom basement apartment. Ideal for romantic getaways, vacations or the business traveler looking for a hotel alternative. Walking distance to all amenities, minutes away from all the main attractions of Clifton Hill. The is professionally remodeled and decorated. Extra precautions have been taken and we have a professional cleaning company to help protect our guests.
The space
If you are looking for an incredibly cozy place in Niagara Falls, look no more as you have found it. This place is close to most attractions and not to mention one of the seven wonders of the world "The Falls". The lower apartment offers a completely private entrance with 1 Bedroom and 1 bathroom. Kitchen with pots and utensils to cook your own meal or if you like order in from one of the local restaurants. This apartment is not recommended for taller people.
In only 800m walk, you'll be standing at the top of Clifton Hill! At the bottom of Clifton Hill you'll be able to feel the mist of the falls on your face! The unit is a comfortable and relaxing retreat.
The bedroom is a queen size bed with new premium quality mattresses, hotel quality linens and thick luxurious towels.
High-speed Internet, Wi-Fi and television android box are all included.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Toaster, Coffee maker and electric kettle are also there for your convenience.
Plenty of coffee, tea and bottled water are stocked for your enjoyment. Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil are also stocked in the kitchen for your convenience. Coin-op laundry also available in the apartment.

Summary: Property is as listed. Clean and spacious. Basic amenities included such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Owner very generous with coffee & water. Had issues with how to use the TV but Anthony has a tech/ maintenance person who is extremely quick to respond. Would stay again. Thanks Anthony!!
