In desirable location, walking/biking distance to Downtown Denver & popular & trendy neighborhoods like Platt Park & Cherry Creek North of course Denver's best restaurants/cafes/shops minutes away from you. This is a single family home, however the basement is NOT accessible, and is being lived in by a family, accessed from outside, "no sharing spaces from inside of house".
