Geographically situated to avoid summer traffic, allowing quick access to the numerous lakes, Silverwood, downtown, and our sister cities - Hayden Lake and Post Falls.
Downtown Coeur d'Alene - 3.7 miles ~ 5-10 minutes
Silverwood - 15 miles ~ 25 min to the entrance
Kootenai County Fairgrounds – 1.3 miles ~ 3-5 minutes
Hot Shot Tournament – 1.5 miles ~ 3-5 minutes
Silver Mountain - 40 miles ~ 35-40 minutes
Nestled in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac, a short walk to parks, bike paths, and the grocery store. Our backyard neighbor is an elementary school, which provides endless views and unobstructed views of the mountains and breathtaking sunrises. We enjoy not having full-time backyard neighbors; however, it is worth noting that you will hear children playing during recess during the school year.

For bookings that include the holiday plus or minus three days, the refund policy is as follows: Guests can receive a 100% refund up to 90 days before arrival; after that, cancellations will receive a 50% refund until 30 days before check-in, at which point the reservation becomes non-refundable. Due to a cancellation request by the guest, refunds are refunded, less 4% or $50, whichever is greater, to cover the processing fees imposed to process your initial payment.
