High-end stainless steel appliances, including two full sized fridge/freezer combos, are ready to make your culinary dreams come true. The dining table can seat up to four, plus four more at the kitchen island – perfect for a little dinner party! Plus, we've got two large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up!
Not a moment of boredom here – every single bedroom comes with a Smart TV, and there's more in the living room and loft! Netflix and chill, anyone? Guest Access:
Parking:
• Guest can park in the driveway up to 4 vehicles. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.
Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

• The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.
Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal.
We’re happy to deliver:
• a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).
• If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
