Inside, you'll feel like a superstar with the spacious open-concept design that's just begging for a dance-off. Kick back in front of the living room's 3 large smart TVs (yes, cable and high-speed internet are on the house), so everyone gets a seat with a perfect view! Plus, those massive, huggable sofas are practically built for epic cuddle sessions.
The kitchen is a food lover's dream come true, equipped with top-notch appliances, not one, but two full-sized dishwashers, and a duo of fridge/freezer combos. • Up to 6 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is also an additional parking at the clubhouse. Clubhouse overnight parking is not allowed.
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard.
You will also have full access to Sonoma Resort, which features a luxury Clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool with a water-slide and poolside cabanas, a jacuzzi, a fitness facility, a tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, a children’s play area, and a walking/jogging trails.

Please feel free to park in the driveway. It’s important to keep the parked cars out of the streets or the grass. There is overflow parking available at the clubhouse.
Other Things to Note:
• The resort pool will be unavailable for use for the next few weeks. The clubhouse is currently undergoing a reconstruction project to improve the pool area. Please reach out to us if you have any further questions.
• The tiki bar has been removed due to hurricane damage and is not available for use.
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• We're happy to deliver:

--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
