Summary: Basically, the place was perfect for our family and the price was very affordable. It's spacious, well laid out, well stocked, and just steps away from the shuttle stop to the slopes.Two nits. First, some of the mattresses were old and really need to be replaced.Second, the next door neighbors were noisy after 10 o'clock. Not the owner's fault, obviously, and they eventually quieted down, but it would have been nice if there were some suggestions as to what to do if the neighbors wouldn't quiet down.
