This home at 11 River Road features a full-size pool table, sunken bar, and gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Dacor range, large center island, Sub Zero refrigerator, and breakfast nook. Enjoy views of Paulina Peak and the Great Meadow from the hot tub and entertain your guests with the Weber barbecue on the wrap around deck as well as the whole-house audio system, home theater, and digital TVs throughout the house. The master suites feature their own private decks. Located just one mile from the Sunriver Village Mall, you can revel in the raw beauty of a true mountain getaway that allows you to be in the heart of all of the area activities in just minutes. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 You must contact us to add more than one dog to the reservation, if allowed. $20 per dog, per night. If pets are allowed, the charge for the first dog will be included in the total cost listed. Parking Notes: Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway or garage, only. Roadside parking is not allowed anytime/anywhere in Sunriver without prior approval from the Sunriver Police Department. To request special permission for overflow street parking, please call (541) 593-1014. Overnight requests will not be granted.
Recreational vehicles (boat, motorhome, snowmobile, ATV, travel trailer, etc.) are allowed at single-family dwellings in the driveways ONLY for the first 48 hours. After 48 hours, the Sunriver Owners Associations (SROA) storage facilities must be used. Both storage areas are fenced, locked (a key code is required), and accessible 24 hours a day. Reservations must be made prior to your arrival. To reserve a short-term RV parking space, please contact the SROA Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at (541) 593-2411, or toll free at (888) 284-6639.
Please note, camping in a recreational vehicle is not allowed in Sunriver. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
