This unit is located on the 2nd floor. Elevators are available.

THE LOCATION
Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a movie theater. A free public bus also stops right outside the front gate -- offering easy access to superb attractions on the island, as well as Port Isabel.
Parking notes: First-come-first-served parking is available for one car without a luggage rack inside the gate. Covered parking spots inside the gated complex are not guaranteed. Guests may park one additional vehicle outside the entrance or in the parking lot across the street. Oversized trucks, SUVs, trailers, and boats may be parked in the lot across the street at the property manager’s discretion if space is available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
