The Space:
Here at Circle B Cottage, a variety of restaurants are just a hop, skip and jump from your front door! Recharge in our cute and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with high ceilings and tons of natural light. Just a block from downtown Kanab, you can enjoy taking evening strolls around town. Our home is furnished with two queen beds and one sofa sleeper to ensure you're well-rested before setting out on the day's adventures.
Upon entry, you'll notice the tasteful decor. Sit, drink, chat and relax in the comfy living room. Pop some popcorn and put on a late-night movie on the large screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked to be your culinary home away from home. Gather around the dining table and unwind and relax after a busy day whether it's work or play.
The large, tranquil bedroom boasts two queen beds. Snuggle up in a cushy bed for a movie night and awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring! The living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests.
Take a refreshing shower in the ensuite bathroom, stocked with bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Don't go home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes, be sure to use our washer & dryer to get those clothes sparkling clean before departure.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of downtown Kanab! Kanab is a quiet, small, picturesque town. A short walk to Center Street (aka Highway 89) will provide a pleasurable evening stroll past unique shops, restaurants, and a trip down Hollywood's Western Legends' past.
There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.

Getting Around:
This home is downtown and has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
