The Beach Cottages offer a beachfront heated pool and spa, a large sun deck with plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, and gas grills to enjoy.
With the sugary white sandy beach just footsteps away, you’re perched on the fifth floor with a private balcony overlooking Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and stunning Gulf waters just beyond, accessible from both the living area and primary bedroom. The spacious (1,400 square feet) open floor plan with split bedrooms allows plenty of privacy and overflows with contemporary coastal elegance and cozy furnishings.
Whip up delicious dishes in the modern, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the little extras - including a blender, a toaster oven, a slow cooker, grill tools, baking tools, and pots and pans for large meals. The adjacent dining area is delightfully appointed.
Work or learn remotely while enjoying beachside views with a desk in every room (one extra monitor). Enjoy free WiFi, cable, and smart TVs situated in the living area and each bedroom.
Rest in hidden luxury in the stylish primary suite with a memory foam mattress with cooling foam technology for better sleep, and awaken to seaside views. The en suite primary bath boasts dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The chic second and third bedrooms also host memory foam beds, both dressed in luxurious linens, while the sleek second full bath includes a beautifully tiled tub/shower combination. You’ll love the blackout and noise reduction curtains, choice of pillows, cotton sheets, and lush cotton towels.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.
