Conveniently situated on the ground floor with a private patio, this wholly refurbished waterfront getaway is a short walk from the beach and the sparkling swimming pool. Lounge in the comfort of the living room after a full day on the beach. The group chef will appreciate the galley kitchen, which is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances to tackle any cooking need. At night, rest comfortably in the bedrooms, each of which has a TV. A Murphy bed is conveniently tucked away in the living area for additional sleeping space. The home also boasts hurricane-proof windows to prevent any outside noise from waking you up in the middle of the night.

Summary: Family of 4, two kids age 7 and 11. The unit is a fair size and has a good aupply of pots, pans, dishes towels etc... Location is about a 15 min walk to Johsn Pass. The back had dolhins swim right by us twice. They seemed to come between 2pm and 6pm late January. Lots of amenities around such as Walgreens, Walmart, cvs and Publix. The beach is about a 8min walk. The complex where the unit is in is quiet and everyone we spoke to was friendly. The pool isnt heated, so if you are staying late Dember through January its cold. Overall great spot to stay and get the experience of Johns Pass and surrounding area.
