It is within walking distance to all attractions of downtown Fort Myers including the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. It is only 16 miles to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, within 1 hour drive from the Everglades and 2 to 3 hour drive to Miami and Orlando. It is 16 miles away from the Florida Southwestern International Airport (RSW) which is served by over 15 domestic and international airlines with direct flights to over 50 US and international cities.
