November brings continued beach service through the month. Heated pool right next to the beach is a unique feature of the resort. Now is a good time to confirm your reservation in this fine condo. If you like, check out the excellent references. You CANNOT go wrong renting for a week or more in this condo right on the beach and Gulf.
Here is what is NEW so far in this year of 2020: on the exterior: new balcony railings & floor, and new walkways, staircases & railings throughout the Resort (in addition to our elevators). On the interior: Countertop Toaster Oven Broiler (Cuisinart 7 Cooking Options). (in addition to Electric Stove Oven and Microwave Oven). ALSO, new rug in common area, as well as a new sideboard beneath the 50 inch Samsung Smart TV.
Here Is what was new in 2019 in this fine condo. Fiber optic cables bring an extensive selection of Dish TV channels, streaming services (you must have your own subscriptions), and reliable internet service. Second, a new Whirlpool refrigerator with ice maker and exterior filtered water dispenser is in place. Third, you will find a very comfortable & supportive new queen-sized sleeper couch in the common area.
Complimentary beach service is provided with this rental (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) UNTIL Oct 27. The owner has also supplied the unit with 2 additional folding beach chairs.

NOTE: From March into October, this condo is only rented in week blocks, and only from Saturday to Saturday. This means that the minimum stay is 7 days.

Beautiful Condo: This is a lovely non-smoking Gulf Front 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with stunning gulf view and great amenities. Our condo has been recently renovated including new furnishings, all new beds & bedding, tiled floors, and is charming, restful and clean.
There is a king bed in the master, 2 full double beds in the second bedroom and a washer and dryer inside the unit. Spacious open area includes living room with queen sleeper sofa and TV/DVD player, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
Breathtaking Views: Located on the 5th floor, enjoy stunning views from the living & dining rooms, kitchen, master bedroom and large balcony. Enjoy the blues and aquamarine colors of glistening Gulf waters and sugar-white sand, watch the sunset over the gulf, the dolphin, sea birds & boats glide by.
Gorgeous Beach & Heated Gulf-front Pool: The Beachhouse has 650 feet of uncrowded gulf frontage, a full beach chair service with complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, beautiful heated gulf-front pool & children's pool. There is no road to cross, Beach House Resort sits directly on the beach.
Great Property: Additional on-site amenities include lighted tennis courts, fitness center, a large clubhouse, game room, shuffleboard, free wireless internet access, gas grills, gulf-front gazebo, a very helpful on-site staff. Due to COVID-19 the fitness center, game room and club house have been closed until further notice.
Great Location: Close to Sandestin Resort, Baytowne, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, golf, the Destin fishing fleet, water parks, state parks, hiking paths, and many other entertainments.
