Enjoy a cold drink , and watch dolphins and manatees in the bay from your screened in lanai after a sun filled day at the beach . Take a walk and explore the restaurants and shopping , all close by , or hop on the free trolley and visit the north end of the island. Grab a float and visit with friendly neighbors pool side , just steps away. The condo is only one floor above the garage, and is a corner unit with lots of windows . Hands full, no problem , an elevator is available for your convenience as well.
