Summary: Cute home partially updated in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the layout and openness to lanai and pool. The pool was great. Great location in Venice. The kitchen and bathrooms were not updated and cabinets had an old cottage smell. We had to clean and purchase cleaning supplies (Swiffer, dish soap) when we arrived. The brand new towels were not washed as well as the bathroom rugs had to be washed. The kitchen floor was not clean. The manager needed to come and powerwash the lanai because screws and nails were found from their partial remodel. We stayed for one month. There were no welcome letter with instructions when we arrived - when garbage pick up was, where the electrical panel was (we tripped a breaker), or places to see. If the place was more updated we would stay there again.
