Welcome to our family beach house! Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 1,792 square foot home is in a prime location on the south side of Brigantine island. Our beach house is walking distance (couple hundred feet) to the entrance for The Cove drive on beach (life guarded), 0.6 miles from Rum Point and 1.1 mile to the Jetty Drive on Beach. Relax and enjoy the sunset on our porch with beautiful views of the Borgata and Harrah's skyline after a fun day at Brigantine’s pristine beaches. The casinos are just a short drive or Uber ride away for a night out in town. Make memories with your friends and family in our backyard with your favorite beverage, grilling, and relaxing on the chaise lounge. Outdoor shower available for use. We truly hope you enjoy and love our home as much as we do!
***Please note: Drive on beach pass required to take your vehicle onto the beach. Drive on beach passes can be purchased at Brigantine Community Center, located at 265 42nd St. Drive on beach passes are $200 (cash only payment) for the season if purchased by 4/30/2024. If purchased 5/1/2024 or later, then the Community Center charges $300. The pass is valid for the entire summer season. The vehicle must be a 4x4, not just AWD. The clerk may let you purchase a pass if your vehicle is AWD (depending on the clerk), but will ask you to sign a waiver that it is your responsibility if your vehicle gets stuck or damaged.***

**Please note beach parking permits for lots are available for purchase online. $25 seasonal or $8 daily. Parking Permits must be permanently affixed to the back of the car’s rearview mirror. They are not transferable from one vehicle to another. Otherwise, street parking is free.

*TV in living room, family room and in 2 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs equipped with hulu streaming, netflix, and youtube all complimentary.
