This updated 1994 home has a functional floor plan that offers privacy with a main-level primary bedroom (attached full bath), and two upstairs bedrooms (full bath as well) with multiple sleeping arrangements. Comfortable linens and an abundance of blankets and pillow are all supplied.
In the winter, cozy up by the propane-powered fireplace, playing games or watching movies with friends and family. Gather 'round the kitchen table where all of your necessary supplies and cookware are provided to make a holiday meal. Launch out to the golf course where you can snow shoe or sled with the kids. Or venture up to Brundage (20 min) or Tamarack (30 min) to ride the "Best Snow in Idaho".
In the summer, launch the boat on Payette Lake at either Mile High Marina (5 min) or in Ponderosa Park (10 min). Grab a teetime at any of the local golf courses (McCall City Course is right next door). Plenty of hiking and other outdoor exploration are only minutes away. Then treat yourself to drinks or Ice Cream Alley (bike or walk to town ~1 mile). Kick back with a drink on the wrap-around covered porch while friends play cornhole or ladder-ball in the yard.
