Updated luxury vacation home with brand new kitchen and great views out to the Sea Pines golf course. Spectacular updates in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. All new bathrooms with walk in shower in master, tile floors and tall vanities. Large master suite, junior suite, and guest bedroom have great views of the golf course where you can walk out to the deck. Living room is adorned with marble fireplace and large flat screen TV. Master bedroom has king size bed, junior suite has two queen beds, guest room has queen bedroom, and fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Home has four bedrooms and three full baths. Living room has couch and love seat with seating and queen sleeper sofa in the sun room to relax and enjoy the view or read a good book. Wonderful luxury vacation home your family will truly enjoy.
Guests can use the South Beach Marina Pool for $95 for a family of five people. Please go to South Beach Marina pool to sign waivers.
The private luxury vacation home has been completely updated with new luxury vinyl flooring, new paint, new furniture and all new TVs with streaming and wifi service provided. Plenty of room for a nice family to enjoy a great vacation. Very large back deck to enjoy the view. Parking is limited to four spots, two in the garage and two spots in front of the house. Please do not park in the grass. Garbage is on the right in between the garage and the front door. All on one floor and totally updated in every manner. Sea Pines Resort offers a community pool you can use with a weekly fee at South Beach Marina.
Sea Pines Resort offers beach access thru a shuttle service to the Sea Pines Beach house. There are three championship golf courses, including the famous Habourtown Golf Links where the PGA comes every year. Miles of bike paths thru shaded large live oaks makes for an enjoyable outdoor activity. You can enjoy deep sea fishing, golfing, para sailing, jet skiing, relaxing on the beach or relaxing after a nice meal in one of many restaurants in Sea Pines Resort.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 250 shops and over 200 restaurants. There are 117 miles of bike paths and over 17 miles of beautiful beaches. Come enjoy a great vacation. Summary: Overall the house was nice with a great golf course view. The grill was unusable until a maintenance guy made a temporary fix. Housekeepers need to do a much better job. Trash behind nightstand in one bedroom, dirty comforter that we had to wash. When I'm paying a lot for housekeeping, I expect to have everything perfect.
